You may have stone entry ways that receive heavy traffic that need extra protection but you don’t want to lay down an excessive shine. This acrylic floor finish is perfect as it lays down a hard coating to act as a barrier between your floor and shoe heel marks, but with less shine than our high-gloss finish.

Providing a semi-gloss finish to your stone while adding physical protection from scratching and scuffing, this does two tasks at once. Its tough resistant coating renders extra protection and extra shine, and is great for any floors with a porous surface.

Unlike other finishes, our unique formula is UV resistant so tiles near windows won’t yellow from sunlight.

Saving you time from start to finish, this water-based formula makes the clean-up of applicators fast.

Not for use on walls or countertops.

1. Apply a small amount in an inconspicuous area and allow to dry 20-30 minutes; check for satisfactory finish.
2. Allow newly installed grout to cure two weeks before application.
3. Clean surface with Tile Guard^® Natural Stone Floor Cleaner.  If applying over a previously sealed surface use a stronger concentration of the cleaner and scrub with a white buffing pad to promote better bonding for the acrylic coating.
4. This product will enhance the color of the surface. Before applying to entire surface, be sure to test in small area first, to ensure that you like the effect.
5. Mix gently before using. Using a short string mop or foam paint brush, apply a thick uniform coat over the entire surface. Do not allow product to pool.
6. To remove product for periodic maintenance or to apply a new sealer, use the intensive strength directions of Tile Guard Natural Stone Floor Cleaner and a white buffing pad or other stone safe coating stripper.

Expected Wear

• Up to 1 year depending upon various factors: surface porosity, surface wear, harsh cleaning methods such as high-alkaline or solvent-based cleaners, and frequency and type of maintenance products.

Maintenance Suggested

• Always use products made for cleaning your specific surfaces; Tile Guard^® Safe for Stone Daily Cleaner is perfect for daily cleaning.
• For maximum protection, every two weeks, use Tile Guard^® Natural Stone Clean and Seal.
• Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents on treated surfaces, as this may shorten the life of the finish.
• Re-apply as needed to maintain maximum protection, appearance and ease of daily cleaning.

Limitations

• Do not use in showers, around pools or in other high moisture area's.
• Do not use on glazed ceramic or porcelain tiles.
• Do not use on polished stone surfaces.
• Do not allow sealer to come in contact with any non-recommended surface.
• May slightly lighten or darken some surfaces.
• Will not prevent surface wear or etching from acids or caustic chemicals.
• Not to be used on glazed tile surfaces.
• Not recommended for food handling surfaces.

First Aid 

• IF INGESTED: Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately.
• EYE CONTACT: Flush thoroughly with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
• SKIN CONTACT: Flush with water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
• IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air. If breathing does not improve, get medical attention.
